Kelebihan bulan Ramadan dan keagungannya dengan adanya malam Lailatul Qadar yang dirahsiakan, sehingga mendapat keampunan dan pahala serta darjat dan darjah tertinggi bagi orang yang berjaya mendapatkan malam Lailatul Qadar dengan dipenuhi amal ibadah dan bertaqwa kepada Allah, disamping sembahyangnya yang sunat , istiqfar, tasbih dan berzikir sepenuhnya.

PUASA TETAPI TIDAK SOLAT

Soalan: Ustaz, apakah diterima puasa orang yg sengaja meninggalkan solat? kerana saya melihat ramai orang yangg berpusa tapi tidak mengerjakan solat.

Jawapan:

Orang yang meninggalkan solat jika ia meninggalkannya kerana mengingkari atau menolak kewajipan tersebut, ia murtad dari agama dengan sepakat (ijmak) para ulamak. Orang yang murtad tidak sah ibadahnya termasuk puasa.

Adapun jika ia meninggalkan solat kerana malas atau segan (yakni ia masih mengakui kewajipan solat, cuma ia malas melakukannya), para ulamak berbeza pandangan tentang hukumnya;

Imam Ahmad berpandangan; ia adalah kafir.
Jumhur ulamak berpandangan; ia fasiq, yakni tidaklah menjadi kafir, akan tetapi telah melakukan dosa amat besar.

Berpegang kepada pandangan Imam Ahmad tersebut, maka sebahagian ulamak hari ini (terutamannya dari Arab Saudi seperti Syeikh Bin Baz, Ibnu Usaimin dan sebagainya) berpendapat; orang yang tidak menunaikan solat fardhu, tidak sah puasanya, malah juga ibadah-ibadahnya yang lain (zakat, haji, sedekah dan amal-amal soleh selainnya) sehinggalah ia bertaubat kepada Allah dan kembali mengerjakan solat. Berkata Syeikh Ibnu Uthaimin; “Jika kamu berpuasa tanpa mengerakan solat, kami ingin menegaskan kepada kamu; sesungguhnya puasa kamu adalah batal/rosak, tidak sah, tidak memberi manfaat kepada kamu di sisi Allah dan tidak mendekatkan kamu kepadaNya…” (Fatawa Ulama’ Baladil-Haram, hlm. 198).

Adapun berdasarkan pandangan jumhur ulamak (yang tidak menghukum kafir orang yang meninggalkan solat itu); puasa orang itu sah jika ia memenuhi rukun-rukun puasa yang ditetapkan dan tidak melakukan sebarang perkara yang membatalkan puasa. Maksud sah ialah; dia tidak dituntut lagi mengqadha/mengganti puasanya. Namun perlu dipersoalkan; adakah puasanya itu akan diterima oleh Allah sedangkan ia telah mengabaikan ibadah yang cukup besar dalam Islam iaitu solat?

Tidak semua ibadah yang sah diterima oleh Allah. Contohnya, seseorang yang mengerjakan solat dengan riyak; solatnya sah (dari sudut Fiqh) apabila cukup syarat-syarat dan rukun-rukunnya, namun solatnya ditolak oleh Allah kerana riyak tersebut. Kerana itu, ulamak-ulamak al-Azhar (seperti Syeikh ‘Atiyah Saqar (bekas ketua Lujnah Fatwa al-Azhar), Dr. Ahmad asy-Syirbasi (bekas pensyarah di Universti al-Azhar), Dr. Muhammad Bakr Ismail, Dr. Muhammad ‘Ali Jum’ah dan ramai lagi),

walaupun pendapat mereka tidak sekeras ulamak-ulamak dari Arab Saudi tadi, tetapi mereka menegaskan; “Orang yang tidak mengerjakan solat sekalipun puasanya sah tetapi tidak diterima Allah (yakni tidak diberi pahala)”. Syeikh ‘Atiyah Saqar menulis dalam fatwanya; “Sesiapa berpuasa tanpa mengerjakan solat, puasanya adalah sah dan tidak wajib ia mengulanginya. Akan tetapi dari segi penerimaan (Allah) terhadapnya, maka hadis Nabi s.a.w. menunjukkan ia tidak diterima…”. Hadis yang dimaksudkan oleh Syeikh ‘Atiyah itu ialah sabda Nabi s.a.w. (bermaksud);

“Sesiapa yang tidak meninggalkan kata-kata dusta dan melakukan pendustaan, maka bagi Allah tidak ada keperluan dalam ia meninggalkan makan dan minumnya (yakni Allah tidak berhajat kepada puasanya)” (Riwayat Imam Bukhari, Abu Daud, at-Tirmizi dan lain-lain dari Abu Hurairah r.a.).

Jika dengan kerana akhlak mazmumah (dusta dan sebagainya) telah pun menyebabkan puasa ditolak oleh Allah, lebih-lebih lagilah dengan meninggalkan solat fardhu yang dosanya amatlah besar, berkali-kali ganda lebih besar dari dosa kerana akhlak mazmumah itu.

Rossi on the GP11.1 Ducati

Following the Dutch TT race on Saturday, Valentino Rossi reviewed the performance of the GP11.1 Ducati he used during the Iveco TT Assen weekend - and gave his opinion on the clash between Simoncelli and Lorenzo.

How did you find the GP11.1? Do you think it still needs a lot of work?
“There’s still a lot to do with the bike, there are many aspects to take care of and we can’t expect results to come overnight. Unfortunately, neither my team nor I have much experience with this bike, so we always need more than what’s available. There’s always a problem getting on the track to race with an unknown setting. This morning we could have used a little more time to resolve something, but then it started to rain and the warm-up ended there. We have to try to be quicker to prepare the bike for the race.”

When you talk about problems with the bike, what exactly do you mean?
“With this bike, to make one change, you have to change three things. It requires a different approach. These are problems that rarely occurs in Japanese bikes because they have more experience with this, but this isn’t to say that there aren’t people who can fix the Ducati, on the contrary, there are plenty, and many of them work with me. It’s important to do well in the qualifying session: if I had started from the second row, with the start I did today, I would have gone directly to the front.”

Could these problems also be because you have a team that are not all from Ducati?
“The choice to have my team has its pros and cons. I’ve worked with them for many years and they know me very well, and anyway, there are others in the garage who have a thorough knowledge of the Ducati.”

Regarding the incident between Simoncelli and Lorenzo – what is your opinion?
“I’m really sorry for Simoncelli, he keeps going strong and making pole, but then it always ends badly. This time I understand he didn’t do anything out of the ordinary, but the left side of the tire was a still bit cool and he slipped. I heard that even Lorenzo made the comment ‘these things happen’…”

When the journalists commented that Lorenzo had actually complained about the move, the Italian concluded: “We aren’t talking about a “dirty” pass or something out of line, though we all saw the end result,” said the Ducati rider. “Actually, I thought the rider who had fallen with Marco was Spies, it was only on the last lap I realized that I was wrong.”

Guardiola: “More than ever we have to show our football to the world”

Manager Pep Guardiola has asked Barça to show their identity in the Wembley final. He added that he has already picked his eleven and that Barça need to be more intense than they were in Rome.

“You don’t get to enjoy finals much. You have to compete and suffer a lot, and win through football. More than ever we have to show our football to the world”. Pep Guardiola was speaking in his press conference before tomorrow’s Champions League final, which marks FCB’s return to Wembley: “The ball should fly and try to break the players’ balance. I’d be happy for us to play the way we have over all this time”.

“We’re ready”

Guardiola has been happy with what his men have been doing since arriving in London on Tuesday. “They have transmitted good sensations to me. I’m proud of this team. Because of how they have behaved this week I feel a responsibility and duty to them … These days we have been focused on United, and on our physical and mental condition. We have only thought about the final, very calmly, and we’re ready to play the best game possible”.

Game of the decade

The Manchester United manager considers this to be the final of the decade. “I am full of pride to hear his words, but we both have to demonstrate that. We’ll try to play the best football possible and I think it’ll be a great final” said Guardiola. “When a team reaches three out of four finals and also three out of six, it’s because they have done things well, maybe a bit better. We have both had an extraordinary decade and whoever loses will feel hurt, but all that was achieved in recent years will still be there”.

More intense than Rome

He also said he has already decided on his line-up and bestowed praise upon praise on Saturday’s opponent. “It is one of the most complete teams I have ever seen. An example for all the world … They have many variants, we have tried to learn about the maximum number of them, their strong and weak points, and we’ll try to beat them”. He feels such respect for United that he even said “if we play like we did in Rome, we won’t win. Watching the final, I realise we played a lot worse than I thought. We have to change things, we must be quicker and more intense”.

A great season

Regardless of the Wembley scoreline, Guardiola believes that “for me it has been a very good season. We are extra happy to be here”. On what he told the fans after losing in the semis last year, he said “we have already paid them back more than well. It was a bit cheeky of me, but the people have really enjoyed themselves already”. And he is also glad the fans have finally been able to travel to London without trouble “because a final without your people would not be such a final”.
